About healer slayer farming and levelup #126

It's difficult for healer to play the game solo. The damage for healer is low, so it's very inefficient for them to farming and level-up solo. But if increasing the damage for healer, the game balance would be broken.

I think it's OK to set different damage for healers killing monsters and for PvP. This could make the healer's life easier, without breaking the balance of the game.

maybe we can just allowe the Aoe skill lvl 90? and put from lvl 1 so they can use aoe skill for leveling?:-) Btw @tiancaiamao can u please look at the packetfactory for the guils chat? thats big problem..
