`datacube.utils.geometry.InvalidCRSError: Not a valid CRS` raised for Non-EPSG/empty CRS #2

datacube.utils.geometry.InvalidCRSError: Not a valid CRS raised for Non-EPSG/empty CRS

The empty CRS is difficult to reproduce, it only ocurred for when opening an old QGIS 2 project file and running a ODC QGIS plugin query.

Unknown CRS can can repro'd by setting QGIS project CRS to a USER:NNNN CRS.
