[halal-app-chakib] Invalid data entered in the category field #3

halal-app-chakib adds categories in French while indicating the language is english: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/4056489012467/nectar-de-mangue-solevita?rev=18 It's an issue as the categories are not recognized and as it can "duplicates" categories if another users send categories in the right language.
