The whole internet is moving towards an adaptation of the theme according to the outside luminosty and user preferences. This is by default on windows and OSX and this information is now easily transmitted to the website via the browser. Using simple css rules, the whole website can embed a double (triple if we want a colorblind compatible version) coloring theme.
Even though I'm clearly in Batman team (everything displayed on my computer is always dark themed), I know that some users are still intimidated by the dark look of SEPAL.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm currently doing it for the documentation lib (https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme/pull/501) and I think I could adapt what I learned there within SEPAL.
Low priority of course but I would like you thought on this
