It's a GUI to retreive the results from the WePlan planning tool. This will be presented on the April 27th. tagging @yfinegold as she's part of the management team of the project between us and IIS. The venv cannot be set in the ui.ipynb becaus it doesn't exist yet but if it's in the app list I'll be managing it from here using the cron job.
