When I create a time series for multiple years I'm usually designing it from the beggining of year XXXX to the end of year YYYY. by default start year is on january 1st so it's transparent, I open the datepicker ans simply change the year.
For the end date one it's less straight forward. By default it's today so when I'm wrtiiting this issue 2022-07-18. If I want to change year I need 3 clicks:
select year 2005
select december month
select 31st
For some project and for a reason I don't really understand it needs to be the 01-01 of the next year which requires the same number of clicks.

Could we add 2 buttons at the top of the datepicker for 1st day of the year and last day of the year ?
