SEPAL has new logos ! #229

add icons for all supports. I used this tool to generate all the support files: https://realfavicongenerator.net

I customized:

the apple-icon: white background
the android icon: circular white background
the MacOS touch bar color: SEPAL blue
the windows 10 tile icon: the dark background version
the windows 10 tile color: SEPAL blue
