github classroom instead of google classroom ? #295

Idon't if classroom are still a thing (since there is now a shiny e-learning class) but remember that the main issue with Google classroom is that at some point you loose the capacity to remember who owns what and it's nearly impossible to manage them in sepal-doc has everybody keep creating some without notifying maintainers.

Did anybody already had a look to https://classroom.github.com/ ?

Note that as they are not completely stupid, they also created a way to wire existing class in order to not reinvent the wheel: image

But can you import google classroom content or only a roster?

I don't know yet, I'm just starting playing with it

ok my bad, It's really coding oriented but for some tools that are relying purely on notebooks or application that can still be considered a decent option. Also note that you can run your code as a presentation on student computer using a combination of RISE and jupyterlite !
