The aim of this meeting is to endorse the draft specification in readiness for the June OGC Technical Committee meeting. If we achieve that then we can move to operating as an SWG (standards working group) submit this draft to the OGC approval process.
The latest version of the draft can be viewed and commented on as a Google document. (Note there are some formatting anomalies from converting to a google document for comment).
I have highlighted the most significant edits since our last meeting. The only significant technical change is allowing for using alternative interpolation methods.
