We (which is somewhat sloppy) don't really have definitions for top level categories.
We do define the current point of care categories as "non-hospital" though - wold it be reasonable to also add a point of care sub-category that was hospital? - with children underneath?
Semi-related - people are selling advertising in ICUs?
Hi @jayshao,
I think adding hospitals as a sub-category of point of care should be fine.
The client mentioned ICUs, yes, but it's ICU waiting rooms, so we can skip that one and only have waiting rooms and cafeterias as children categories for now, how does that sound?
When is the next committee meeting scheduled?
@jayshao Here is our proposed category definition/description:
Hospital: Hospital and healthcare facility with healthcare professionals equipped to research and diagnose diseases as well as provide medical and surgical treatment of people.
Hi,
A publisher has requested to add 'Hospitals' as a parent category since their inventory cannot be classified under the existing Point of Care category.
Parent Category: Hospitals
Child Categories: Hospitals -> ICUs Hospitals -> Waiting Rooms Hospitals -> Cafeterias
The existing venue classification under Point of Care specifically calls out "Non-Hospital" inventory. There is a non-categorization of Hospital screens.
When will be the next meeting to take action on these requests?
Thank you! Tatiana
