New page to be added for text analyzer: Standard analyzer

This issue is part of a larger meta issue which outlines all text analyzers that are currently missing https://github.com/opensearch-project/documentation-website/issues/1483

This issue and associated PR will close part of the meta issue addressing the documentation of the Standard Analyzer text analysis.
