Max size for document-level security configuration is 1024 KB.

Description

Describe what this change achieves. Specifies the max size for the document-level security configuration.

Creating a document-level security configuration with more than 1048404 characters (1024 KB) results in an error (see screenshot). Tested on Amazon OpenSearch domain with multiple sized data and leader nodes and received the same result.
