Typing in a invalid repo in to the front page, will result in error

TypeError: this.state.githubPRsInfo.map is not a function

To fix:

have a check to see if entered repo name is valid before doing functions,
Output "Repo doesn't exist or it's private, or seomthing" if repo name is not valid
