Background is stretched and pixelated when displaying PR data

start up the website, and take a look at the home screen. Background nyc image is fine.

Now type in opensource-ny/opensource-ny in the search bar and hit search.

Once data is loaded, notice how the background image is all zoomed in and pixelated. it's ugly!

Let's change this behavior to a better looking behavior :^)
