Dear OSA team,

We at Fraunhofer ITMP have been involved in an antimicrobial project from IMI called AMR Accelerator. Here we have been collecting, updating, and maintaining antimicrobial datasets in a knowledge graph (check out our preliminary Github repo - https://github.com/IMI-COMBINE/AMR-KG). We would be happy to contribute to your datasets and enrich our datasets for antimicrobial drug discovery.

Hi @YojanaGadiya thanks for reaching out! Can you spell this out for me a little, since we're mostly (at the moment) an experimental hit-to-lead group. Would our data (available, obviously) be useful for your KG, and/or would the KG be able to extend what we've done with this series of compounds? I'm assuming you're reaching out in part because of this recent paper? https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/acsinfecdis.3c00286
