Include all Gene2Phenotype gene panels in evidence #1078

As mentioned in #931, there are four separate gene panels in Gene2Phenotype (Developmental Disorders - DD, cancer, eye disorders and skin disorders) but only the DD one is currently used to generate the evidence strings.

Done. Changes to the parser implemented (see evidence_datasource_parsers/pull/48) and 20.09 evidence file already contains all the panels.
