Because of the incorrect number of entries being shown in the multiple widgets on AOTF (#3120), we decided on a two prong approach as described here: #3139.
Moving the ChEMBL, IMPC, ClinVar (somatic) widgets to server side pagination to server side pagination will help us resolve this issue.

Similar to ClinVar (eva) and Europe PMC (europepmc) widgets, move the following widgets to server side pagination

[x] IMPC - impc
[x] ClinVar (somatic) - eva_somatic
