After discussion in https://github.com/opentargets/genetics_etl_python/pull/369, we decided to rethink the eQTL Catalogue data model. The "trait" is now going to be a generic term for gene expression management, while tissue and gene (an in the future, cell) IDs are going to be specified as separate fields.
