update Pharmacogenomics API schema with haplotype fields #3224

BE part of opentargets/issues#3219 Pharmacogenomics schema has been updated in the data and frontend to include two new fields:

haplotypeId: String haplotypeFromSourceId: String

These need to be added to the platform API in order to expose them.

Acceptance tests

  1. The Pharmacogenomics object in the API contains the above mentioned fields
