AOTF API Query error after required selection #3255

Describe the bug AOTF API Query gives an error after required selection

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to AOTF view page.
  2. Click on 'Show data sources controls'
  3. Select 'ClinVar' as required
  4. Click on 'API query'
  5. Run the API query and see error
