Missing name found on disease on PPP #3262

Describe the bug There is this weird issue where sometime if you search for an entity, specially a disease on PPP, a 'missing name' disease is being shown. The error is sporadic and I am not able to reproduce it

Additional context A member of one of the consortium partners also experienced the same. image

Hi Prashant, is this still an issue? Very difficult to troubleshoot without having a way to reproduce the error. Thanks!

Hi @opentargets/be-team , this issue still persists and now is being reported by one of our partners. If you search a disease or target and even though it is present in PPP, the search item is not found and if you go to the exact link, it reaches the missing name page. Usually happens if you access the page early in the morning say around 8 or 9am UK time as it is not being accessed by anyone and I suspect, the machine go into a sleep mode and it takes a couple of minutes for the correct results to be displayed.

That should not be the case, only the dev servers are spun down when unused.

Knowing which partner is having the problem, maybe we can take a look at the web request logs to see it anything is coming from the whitelisted IP range? If not, it might be they are outside of their network.
