OTAR2081 project provides predicted binding pockets based on alphafold models of protein structures. This ticket captures the following activities:

• [ ] Explore provided datafiles.
• [ ] Extract target level annotation to flag if a protein has binding pocket - informative from a tractability perspective.
• [ ] Develop logic to extract residue and variant level information on the binding site.
• [ ] Explore the required data models to enable binding pocket highliting on the structure view.
