Baseline Expression Variation GTEx tab responsive

Describe the bug

1. Variation GTEx tab in baseline expression widget width is not responsive to the screen width. [img1]
2. Adding a little space between the graph and the header text. [img2]
3. Moving component of typescript

Observed behaviour If opened on a small screen it cuts the extra part of the graph.

Expected behaviour Graph should adjust to the screen size of the window.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Platform > target page > baseline expression on small screen
2. Click 'Variation GTEx tab'
3. See error
