New VL widget for PPP 24.06 #3340

Please note: this has been already discussed. Carlos and myself will probably work on the changes together in the office.

VL 24.06 widget update -- (this is slide deck with mock up).

COLUMN 1 - Header: Reported disease - field: same as current from disease object

COLUMN 2 - Header: OTAR primary project - field: primaryProjectId same as current (with same tooltip)

COLUMN 3 - Header: Cell line - same as current - building link from the diseaseCellLines object

COLUMN 4 - Header: Cell line biomarkers - same as current - building objects from biomarkerList with hovering description

COLUMN 5- Header: VL hit [shall we call this VL hit or VL contrast or VL assays?]- from assays(see visualisation with chips and colour code from slide 2 in link) tooltip Binary assessment of gene perturbation effect in contrast —

field: shortName

  1. Visualised as CellTiterGlo (CellTiter-Glo) - hovering description
  2. Visualised as CellTox (Toxicity) - hovering description
  3. Visualised as Cell Confluence (Confluence) - hovering description

isHit can be true or false -- this determines colour code, as explained in slides.

COLUMN 6: Header: Primary project hit - same as current - primaryProjectHit can be true or false

COLUMN 7: Header: VL assessment - assessment (string)

COLUMN 8: Header: Release version - releaseVersion - same as current

Question: do we want display the studyOverview info in widget? if so, where?

Some feedback on the VL widget: 1) abbreviation back to OTVL - OTVL hit and OTVL assessment

2) change order of columns

COLUMN 1 - Reported disease NOTE: with sorting arrow option

COLUMN 2 - Cell line

COLUMN 3 - Cell line biomarkers

COLUMN 4 - OTAR primary project

COLUMN 5: Primary project hit NOTE: sorting arrow

COLUMN 6- OTVL hit NOTE: Chips in alphabetical order and 1 chip per row (what's the best alignment?)

COLUMN 7: OTVL assessment NOTE: discussing with FE team weather the strings can be sorted in different lines despite data lacking of space character. Strings can be: Evidence of dependency Evidence of toxicity No evidence of dependency No evidence of toxicity Multiple evidence of dependency

COLUMN 8: Release version
