Addition of tissue distribution/selectivity to facets filter #3363

Based on feedback, using our baseline expression data to provide a facet filter that allows you to filter targets expressed (or selectively expressed) in specific tissues/cell types would be interesting.

Because part of this information is already in the target prioritisation data, including the relevant records in the target_facet dataset could be a matter of designing the appropriate filters.

@Juanmaria-rr I'm assigning to you in the first place, pending further discussion with @buniello and the AOTF team

Because the current misalignment between the target prioritisation traffic-light system (based on HPA transcriptomics) and the underlying widget (based on expression atlas transcriptomics + HPA antibody-based), we concluded in the AOTF meeting (16/7) adding facets based on the current data landscape would be extremely messy. Considering we are invested in multiple fronts we decided to wait until a better version of the baseline is available
