Explore data visualisation implementation in widgets

Description: Explore the implementation of a data visualisation layer to expand the functionality and usability of widgets. Below are the suggested widgets:

1. Target Cancer DepMap Widget.
2. Target Comparative Genomics Widget.
3. Drug Indications Widget.

Context: This is an exploratory task. The first aim is to explore implementations and improve our data visualisation design process.

Cancer DepMap Widget

• The current implementation of the Cancer DepMap visualisation was made with PlotlyJS. The library is currently the heaviest external asset of the UI, and replacing it is a priority.
• The height of the current implementation makes it difficult to understand and to read.

Comparative Genomics Widget

• After an exploration of the data, @d0choa mention the possibility of expanding the current table with a tree view (d3JS tree toolkit). This may require data manipulation in the UI to represent the data correctly.

Drug Indications Widget

• The data is a good candidate to be represented with a simple chart (scatter plot). The benefit will be less than Comparative Genomics or Cancer DepMap since there is a smaller layer of data to represent.
