24.12 PPP documentation effort

This is a placeholder text for the 24.12 PPP documentation task.

Discussed with Yakov and David, there will be a big involvement of both Genetics and Data Team with this task. I will provide some directions on how the content should be structured through this issue.

Notes from Ellie on PPP 24.12 documentation:

• Updates to PPP internal documentation
• Updates to the OT intranet documentation where we talk about the OT informatics ecosystem, OTAR034 etc.
• Need: technical documentation for running Gentropy (internal to partners initially?)
• Internal documentation of testing, benchmarking and validation of the release runs
• Internal documentation of decision making
• Review and closing of non-relevant Github issues

Questions:

1. Updates to PPP internal documentation: could you please provide the link where we should make changes?
2. Updates to the OT intranet documentation where we talk about the OT informatics ecosystem, OTAR034 etc.: could you please provide the link where we should make changes?
3. Need: technical documentation for running Gentropy (internal to partners initially?): we didn't scope it yes. We need @d0choa for this.
4. Internal documentation of testing, benchmarking and validation of the release runs: what is expected here? I though it should be some kind of slides/presentation with the description of results and with the scientific validation.
5. Internal documentation of decision making: what is it?

As discussed yesterday at the team leads, i am working on a document that will include these info and the plan is to discuss together when it's ready. No action is expected from the team yet.
