Opensearch is not starting when creating a standalone instance #3560

Describe the bug When running the standalone solution in Linux opensearch doesn't start correctly

Observed behaviour The container is started but open search doesn't work

Expected behaviour When a user follows the steps to start a new standalone instance of OpenTargets the platform should work correctly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Run platform_up
  2. Wait for the containers to start.
  3. Check the logs for the ot-es instance and you should see a Java access denied exception
