Homepage Update

Description:

Update the Homepage as part of the UI refresh. The main change is to replace the "About" section with a new "Tool History" section, which will provide more relevant information about the platform's purpose and achievements. Also, highlight the inclusion of Genetics data in latest releases.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Check the style of the search call-to-action buttons
• Improve the display of quick-access links in the "Search box"
• The "About" section is replaced with a "Tool History" section on the Homepage.
• The "Tool History" section includes content covering:
  • The problem the tool aims to address.
  • How does the tool approach solving the problem?
  • Results achieved by the tool.
• The content is reviewed and aligned with the new UI design for consistency.

Features

1. Replace the "About" section with the new "Tool History" section.
2. Create content for "The problem," "How we approach it," and "Our results."
3. Ensure styling matches the new design guidelines.

Discussed today in FE meeting: the 'about' section on homepage should be at least modified with addition of new entity (variant) for PPP 24.12. A more comprehensive makeover/redesign needs to be scoped for march 2025 public release (translating the merge concept).
