Different colours in ClinVar stars #3583

Describe the bug ClinVar stars have different colours if they are 0 stars (black) than if they are 1-4 stars (blue)

Observed behaviour ClinVar stars are coloured black if there are 0 stars and blue if there are 1-4 stars.

Expected behaviour ClinVar stars should have consistent colours.
