Harmonising new fields + icons/visualisations throughout all relevant widgets

This action is part of the pages/widgets clean up effort.

As already discussed with @chinmehta, we need to apply the new navigate (cred set) field +icon+link to all relevant widgets.

• [ ] These widgets still have old version of column in PPP-dev:

1. Variant page - molQTL Credible Sets widget - first column - replace with navigate +icon+link
2. Cred set page - GWAS/MolQTL Colocalisation widget- first column - replace with navigate +icon+link
3. Cred set page - GWAS Colocalisation widget- first column - replace with navigate +icon+link
4. Study page - GWAS Credible Sets table (below the plot) - first column - replace with navigate +icon+link

navigate icon link should open a new tab (feedback received)

L2G widget harmonisation:

• [ ] L2G score slider visualisation, also to be added to:

1. Study page - GWAS Credible Sets table (below the plot) - L2G score - add slider [to be propagated to plot tooltip]

Also the L2G score column tooltip should be changed to: Machine learning prediction linking a gene to a credible set using all features. Score range [0,1]
