Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently it is not possible to indicate that the actor is the owner of a certain entity, such as the vehicle or the location. This is problematic for shared platforms where it needs to be communicated whom an entity belongs to. An example is the Lastmile.info project where preferred routes from and to locations are shared publicly so that certain areas like schools can be avoided.
None of the existing roles can cover the role of 'owner'. For communicating last miles it is irrelevant whether the actor is the carrier or the shipper, consignor or consignee. The information that is relevant whom the location belongs to.
Similar situations can exist where there are shared vehicles. Some party might be the carrier of the goods for some shipper, but the vehicle could belong to another party.
Describe the solution you'd like
A new actor role owner.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently it is only possible to use an external attribute. But that is inconsistent with how other type of actor roles are communicated.
