missing biophys path #136

as noted by @tarelli network_ACnet2.pyramidals_48[6].biophys.membraneProperties.initMembPotential.value no longer exists (in MediumNet), which is causing a test backend to fail …

should not exist on cell, but rather cell type Model.neuroml.pyr_4_sym.biophys.membraneProperties.initMembPotential.value
