Geppetto NeuroML model interpreter

This Geppetto module contains a model interpreter for NeuroML, a standard modeling language to describe computational models of neurons and networks. and LEMS the underpinning language used to specifying hierarchical models based on fundamental physical relationships. Through this module Geppetto has the ability to parse NeuroML and LEMS models and to build a visual model compatible with the frontend of Geppetto.
