Cleaned up some working in the README

I also removed the "module" package in favor of collector. "module" is a side-effect of the autoconfiguration build.

repurposed.. When talking about the overall service, using "Event Hub" when in any programming jargon such as package names etc, kept with eventhub.

This was due to advice from @aliostad which said more often the marketing plural term "event hubs" doesn't leak to programming even if it happens to be the case in our library dependency.

Let me know if there's any other changes wanted!
