Introduce demo section to enhancement template #115

This commit introduces a "Prototype Demo" section to the enhancement template. The goal of this section is to provide the submitter with the opportunity to include a demo of a prototype that can be referenced during design discussions.

Thanks - this looks good to me. I wonder whether we should link an EP that has an embedded demo to provide EP authors with a concrete reference?
