This enhancement extends opm functionality to validate catalog source index to list out malformed bundles that do not satisfy the static validation rules

Hi @harishsurf,

I have been working on a proposal that does what you are describing here and address other needs as well. Could you please give it a look and let me know what do you think? https://github.com/operator-framework/enhancements/pull/66/files. I think that could replace this one.
