System Requirements

Installation

npm install

Local development

npm run start

This command starts a local development server and open up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server. The site will be available at http://localhost:3000/

Build for production

npm run build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static contents hosting service. For that purpose, you can also use:

npm run serve

Generated Command Pages

Do not manually modify files in versioned_docs directory because they are generated from the command help text. If there are changes needed in the command documentation, make fixes to the command help text. When you run the build, npm run refresh-commands is run to update the files. If any of the files are out of date, they will show up as modified. See the comments in tools/refresh-commands.sh for more details.
