Expanded README with information about other languages #7

I figured out how to configure this plugin for Haskell and Python, so I added the information to the README. Essentially I added a section for language-specific configuration.

I've added a new page to Textadept's wiki for this and linked to it from this project: https://github.com/orbitalquark/textadept-lsp/commit/6e189841efa081cbf75697febc19b987879af711

This way, users can more easily contribute configurations for language servers and minimize the maintenance work for me.
