[ ] more lenient with decrease in backend mempool (reason could be eviction based, not a new block)
[ ] update bitcoin-core to v21.1 once released
[ ] use hashbrown directly as it has a faster hasher than stdlib (video: 1:38h)
[ ] maybe use feature bumpalo
