Hi, I am currently searching for a package that does exactly what your package does. Have you been able to solve the stack overflow you are mentioning in the README?

honestly I don't remember these issues any more. As far as I remember it worked well before I stopped the development (it worked using it to link with pure data), but I'm not completely sure.

I was interested in using it with pd on a mobile device but unfortunately libpd doesn't contain the link external and it is a mess to recompile libpd for android. Therefore I didn't follow through. But I remember I got it to compile and work and it should work.

Let me know your results and I might change the README...
