[OpenMPI] Cannot be used with SGE in the current configuration #592

Another issue I've discovered: OpenMPI needs to be compiled with the --with-sge option to play nicely with SGE, and it doesn't seem like this happens by default with oscar. Fixed by manually building a newer openmpi version.
