[oscar-packager] Missing oscar config file #598

Reported by valleegr on 9 Feb 2011 01:48 UTC Based on current dependencies with the core libraries, we need to have the OSCAR conf file. However, this config file is not created when we install only the core libraries.

Comment by valleegr on 9 Feb 2011 02:56 UTC We just need to install oscar-base on RPM systems and oscar on Debian systems; both scripts and libs are necessary to manage the config files anyway. I updated the documentation.
