Assuming the version is x.y.z-release_tag

x=x+1 if we rewrite the package.
y=y+1 if we update the version of the software included in the package (e.g., update the version of ganglia in the ganglia OSCAR package).
z=z+1 if we patch the OPKGsi on patch le paquet
release_tag++ if we change the file related to the creation of the OPKG (e.g., the spec file).
