Set up initial content of this repository

This should basically use the same setup as https://github.com/oscar-system/oscar-website With that I mean

• use Jekyll
• be hosted in Kaiserslautern, as described in https://github.com/oscar-system/oscar-website/blob/gh-pages/etc/README.server.md

To set this up, I'd start with a copy of the content of the oscar-website repo (with fresh history), with most content removed, including all of news/, meetings/, blogs/, _data; and some files in _includes, _layouts, public. On the top level, most .md and .html files would go at first, just index.md would stay and be filled with a brief place holder.

Then edit the content of the etc/ dir to reference the different repository name and URL.

Then one has to SSH into the server in KL and replicate the setup for the website.

In principle I can do all of this, but it would be good if more people knew the setup. Perhaps @aaruni96 could look into doing this? I could explain details or answer question about in person tomorrow or next week.

To minimize diffs for the files in etc, perhaps some occurrences of www-mathe-oscar can be avoided by using $USER resp. $HOME

Oh and the "initial setup" / "Further steps as root" can be ignored as IT did everything for us already.
