Code examples before contributors #16

A user would (probably) care more about getting to examples before checking list of authors and editors.

As a bonus, its also now alphabetical!

Thank you @aaruni96 . I believe you are right that people would want to see the code samples first. However, right now the authors/contributers are sandwiched between code examples and errata. Somehow I feel it might be good to move the contributers yet further down. But then, maybe indeed we should make the buttons on the left appear in alphabetic order.
