Removed the Johnson solid call for the webpage

Why delete this? The output of the other examples changes if this is deleted.

Why delete this? The output of the other examples changes if this is deleted. But only the random seed right? For a companion to the book, I thought it was more important to remove a mysterious johnson_solids call than have the experiments return the exact the same output. I'm fine either way.
