Technically, it is available via the master branch but not yet officially released (and likely still buggy according to user feedback).

At this time I'd say nobody knows for sure when it will be officially released (or if at all).

1.20 dates from 2019. I'm registered to this repo and I received every weeks several notifications for fixes, new features, etc... Are you doing between yourselves that just for pleasure ??
