Create BOM #2

Chase down supplier links for everything on the board to make sure nothing has magically gone out of stock and to get some estimates on pricing.

There are three possible variants of builds that I am considering, depending on how much memory and logic are available. For the prototype run, I only plan on building the base and deluxe versions.

After thinking about it a bit more, it seems silly not to just use the ECP5-5G for all builds, it only adds about $5 when compared to the non-5G part in the same logic size. I have gone and tweaked the BOM accordingly to make the LFE5UM5G-45F and 1GB of DDR3 as the base model.
