release first version #61

Could we start using hydro, hydro-devel branches, ... ?

That would be convenient for us when pointing to stable/unstable code and certain versions.

Since it was never released into hydro (or groovy) before I planned on using the same branch for all three (Groovy, Hydro, and Indigo). I was planning to keep the versions in each distribution in sync until I had changes which could only go into Indigo, for example.

The only thing guaranteed to be stable is the tag 0.1.0, because, for example, we could have unreleased bug fixes in a hydro branch which need testing before release.
